Dave McDowell will facilitate the discussion. Dave is the President of Austin Nichols Technical Search. He started the company 27 years ago as a one man show and is the expert in KC to get individuals and firms to operate at maximum performance levels by studying the activity data and evaluating it based on accepted measurements. This lunch and learn will give you the metrics and insight on how to build a more profitable desk and business.
