Recruiting & Staffing Industry Challenges Open Forum

Join us Tuesday, October 18, 2016 for an open forum discussion on the challenges facing the recruiting and staffing industries in the current ‘pro candidate hiring environment’. This meeting will be an open discussion and exchange of ideas.

• How to get timely feedback from a client regarding a candidate that you have presented? What works, what doesn’t?
• How do recruiters manage candidates that have several short-term positions on their resume?
• Do clients and candidates ever go “behind your back” to exclude you from the hiring process? If so, what was the resolution?
• Clients hiring process taking too long? How to discuss with your client that they will loose a good candidate if they don’t make a quicker decision.
• How do you manage counter offers?
